Day 31 - Teresa's room

I had some fun taking pictures of some of Teresa's things and the necessities of being a mommy. The Mary decal is one I bought at La Salette Shrine in MA a while back, and I put it up on T's window so our Blessed Mother can watch over her. Oh and there's a dead fly in the widow sill. I know, gross. But I like the picture.

I've also realized I kind of blog like a scientist, short and to the point. I guess 8 years of chemistry does that to you :o)

Circuit breaker box:

I have this fertility microscope that you use to analyze the ferning patters of the salt in your dried spit. Ferns = salt = estrogen = fertile. It's pretty neat for science-y dorks like me :o) I was trying to get a picture of what it looked like but the exposure was too long and it was pretty difficult to manually focus (auto focus doesn't work here) plus hold the microscope and the camera. But I liked the abstractness of this photo and made it black and white (the light in the microscope is green).
